Coastal Family Wellness is a private billing clinic, meaning payment is required on the day and time of your treatment. We do not carry accounts.
The exception to the above stated policy is when you present to the clinic with a Medicare Enhanced Programme of Care (EPC) or you are a qualified Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA) patient referred from your General Practitioner. These payments are covered by the Australian Government. Please seek clarification from your GP on your individual eligibility.
